The dashboard is where you organize large numbers of groups and bookmarks that feel cramped in the side panel — on a full browser tab. Open it from DB in the mode bar. It is a PRO feature, available during the 3-month free trial.
What you can do in the dashboard

How to open it
Click DB in the mode bar at the top of the side panel. The dashboard opens in a new tab.
Bring in your existing bookmarks
The left side of the dashboard lists your Chrome bookmark folders. Everything you collected in the bookmarks bar or “Other bookmarks” before installing LB TAB Layers can be imported into your groups while you browse it. It is the ideal place to reorganize old bookmarks.
