The side panel is split into two areas: the group list on top and Solo Tabs / Today’s History below. Drag the handle between them to change their size, or press the chevron button on the lower tab bar to collapse the lower area and give the group list all the room.
How the side panel is laid out

Resize the two areas
Drag the resize handle between the group list and the lower area up or down. The ratio you choose is remembered, so the panel opens the same way next time.
Collapse the lower area
Press the chevron button on the lower tab bar. Solo Tabs and Today’s History fold away, leaving only the tab bar. Press it again to bring them back. Handy when you want the group list to fill the panel.
Suggested setups
- Tidying up — open the lower area wide and drag Solo Tabs into groups.
- Working — collapse the lower area and look at your groups only.
- Looking for something — switch to Today’s History to find a page you just closed.
